Your Health History Consultation is the starting point for working with us. At your appointment we'll dive deep into your health history as well as clarify your personal health goals. Your practitioner will study and collaborate on your case, and create your protocol with a clear action plan to get started improving your health and lifestyle.

Once you've completed your health history consultation, you'll be living out your personalized protocol and seeing amazing changes in your health! As you work through your protocol, you'll want to check in every six weeks or so and make sure that we tweak anything necessary to make sure your goals are being met. Healing often brings unexpected challenges that creates a need for change in your protocol, and this service is geared to support that. We also offer health coaching sessions you may schedule as needed if you need support, accountability, motivation and encouragement to stick with the changes you're making.

Your protocol will be tailored specifically to you- we'll be working on addressing the root cause of your symptoms through any or all of the following methods: nutrition, eating hygiene, sleep hygiene, stress management, supplements, lab testing, and more. This will naturally need tweaking as time goes on and your health improves- and we want to make sure you're hitting your goals! We recommend wellness check-ins every six weeks and coaching for support as needed.
