Over the course of a minimum of 3 months, with many clients continuing for 6 months or more, we’ll fine-tune your protocol, address any challenges that come up, and ensure you have the tools and confidence to maintain your results long-term. Whether it’s troubleshooting symptoms, refining lifestyle changes, or simply staying motivated, we’re here to support you every step of the way.
