impairments in their natural functioning, usually due to the effects of poor food choices, stress and toxicity. With a functional medicine approach, we look not only at "what" is going on, but we ask the question "why?". We look at each client as a unique person to determine what is at play in their body, and which approaches will work best for them. Through an individualized and targeted approach, we aim to help our clients finally get well and stay well.
Lindsay Chapin is the founder of Thrive Holistic Health, and a Certified Health Coach and Functional Medicine Practitioner. She was led into the world of holistic healing when her own journey with autoimmune issues and troublesome symptoms started to affect her quality of life. Not being able to find answers in a doctor's office, she started looking for an alternative approach and learned about the world of functional medicine. She became a Certified Health Coach and eventually underwent the rigorous clinical training with The School Of Applied Functional Medicine. It's her passion and joy to lead others down their unique healing journeys, and offer them what she never received from her doctor- hope for healing.
Hayley is a board-certified health coach with a strong background in nutrition, and she loves helping people make sustainable changes and realizing that healthy cooking doesn’t have to be hard or boring. She enjoys finding simple swaps for her client’s favorite meals, assisting clients in creating meal plans that align with their health goals, and creating healthy recipes. Her passion lies in empowering individuals to achieve their wellness goals through practical and enjoyable food choices.
